When I Paint My Master Piece 는 딜런의 앨범 Greatest Hits Vol 2 (1971)에 실려있습니다. 그리고 같은 해 The Band의 Cahoots에도 실렸네요. 딜런의 30th Anniversery Concert에서도 The Band가 이 노랠 불렀었지요. Grateful Dead와 Jerry Garcia도 종종 불렀습니다. 여러 앨범에 실려 있는데 Pure Jerry Live At Lunt-Fontanne (Oct 31, 1987)에 실려 있는 곡 좋아합니다.

 

이 공연에서 Perfomance가 좋은 건 아닙니다. 하지만, Jerry Garcia의 어쿠스틱 공연이라면 놓칠 수 없지요. :-)

I left rome and landed in brussels,
On a plane ride so bumpy that I almost cried.
Clergymen in uniform and young girls pullin' muscles,
Everyone was there to greet me when I stepped inside.
Newspapermen eating candy
Had to be held down by big police.
Someday, everything is gonna be diff'rent
When I paint my masterpiece.
