닐영은 1986년 9월 15일 부터 11월 21일까지 그의 가장 사랑받는 밴드인 Crazy Horse와 함께 일명 Rusted Out Garage Tour 를 하였습니다. 그 마지막날인 San Francisco 공연입니다. Canada TV에서의 방송을 녹화한 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Down By The River는 Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere (1969) 에 들어있는 곡으로 닐영 라이브의 단골 메뉴이죠. 많이 부른 만큼이나 매우 다양하게 불렀습니다. 어쿠스틱도 있고 일렉트릭도 있고,,, 짧막하게도 길게도.. 그리고 Guest Artist와도 자주 불렀습니다. 기억에 남는 것은 Bruce Springsteen과 함께 부른 어쿠스틱, 그리고 Phish와 함께 부른 일렉트릭이 기억에 남습니다.
