1971년 Massey Hall에서 있었던 닐영의 솔로 어쿠스틱 공연중 한곡입니다. 오랫동안 닐영의 팬들이 릴리즈를 기다려 왔던 공연이지요. 닐영의 on The Beach (1974)에 실려 있는 곡이고, 멋진 곡인데 닐영의 공연을 통해서 그렇게 자주 불리워 지지는 않았습니다.
