닐영이 자기 고향에 관한 노래라고 이야기 합니다. 가사내용을 보면 고향뿐아니라 고향에 있을 사랑했던 여인을 그리워 하는 내용같네요. 잔잔한 피아노 반주가 인상적인 아주 멋진 발라드입니다.

 

최근에 발매된 Massey Hall 1971 (2007) 에도 이곡이 들어있는데, "Now I'm going back to Canada" 라고 노래하는 부분에서 박수치는 소리가 들리는 것이 기억에 남습니다. 닐영의 고향인 캐나다에서의 공연이라 그랬겠지요. 기회가 되면 들어보세요. 아주 멋진 실황앨범입니다.
