이 앨범의 커버는 Peter Blake와 그의 아내인 Jann Haworth가 만들었다고 합니다. Blake는 가상의 밴드인 Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band가 컨서트후 그들을 사랑하는 사람들과 같이 포즈를 취하는 모습을 제안했습니다. 그때 비틀즈의 멤버들은 Jone이 Oscar Wilde, Paul이 Karlheinz Stockhausen, George가 여러분야의 전문가들을 제안했고, Ringo는 조용히 있었다네요. :-) 1968년 Best Album Cover 그래미상을 수상했습니다. 커버에 등장하는 인물들의 리스트는 아래에 있습니다. 오른쪽 위에 보면 밥딜런의 모습이 보이네요.
